Your memories — dates, titles, stories, photos and voice memos — are stored in a database on your device.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds go through the store you purchased from — Apple or Google — not through us. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Play Store → Menu → Order history.
